Cancellation Policy

RG Photography – Payment & Booking Policy Agreement This Agreement outlines the payment terms, scheduling expectations, and client responsibilities related to professional real estate photography services provided by RG Photography (“Photographer”) to the undersigned Client (“Client”). 1. Booking & Retainer Fee To reserve a session, Client agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $50 at the time of booking. This retainer guarantees the scheduled date and time for photography services and will be credited toward the total balance due. No session will be considered booked until the retainer has been received. 2. Remaining Balance & Payment Terms The remaining balance for services rendered is due prior to delivery of final edited images. Full payment must be received before the release of any photos, files, or deliverables. Payment may be made via: Credit/Debit Card (via secure invoice) PayPal Zelle Late payments beyond 5 business days may incur a 5% late fee unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Client may reschedule or cancel their session with no penalty up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the retainer. In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, Client may be billed up to 50% of the agreed service fee. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control. 4. Delivery of Images Edited images will be delivered via digital gallery or download link within 24 hours of the photography session, unless otherwise stated. Rush delivery (by 10am the following morning) is available for an additional $40 fee, payable in advance. 5. Licensing & Usage Rights All images provided are licensed for non-exclusive, royalty-free, marketing, and MLS listing use by the Client and/or their representing agent. Photos may not be resold, transferred, or altered without written permission from RG Photography. Photographer retains full copyright of all images. 6. Client Responsibility It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the property is photo-ready at the scheduled shoot time. Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or decluttering. Any return visit due to unprepared property may incur an additional trip fee. 7.
