Booking & retainerA non-refundable $50 retainer is required to reserve your session. This is credited toward your total balance, and no session is confirmed until it's received.PaymentThe remaining balance is due before final images are delivered, payable by card, PayPal, or Zelle. Payments over 5 business days late may incur a 5% fee.Rescheduling & cancellationsReschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the retainer, and no-shows or same-day cancellations may be billed up to 50% of the service fee.DeliveryEdited images are delivered within 24 hours of your session. Rush delivery by 10am the next morning is available for a $40 fee.LicensingImages are licensed for non-exclusive marketing and MLS use. RG Photography retains copyright, images may not be resold or altered without written permission.Your responsibilityPlease have the property photo-ready at the scheduled time. A return visit for an unprepared property may incur an additional trip fee.
